UK addresses: All standard print orders are not subject to delivery charges. Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail first class postage. From the time of making your order you can expect your print within 14 days. Print enlargements over 12 inches may be subject to delivery charges of £3.50 and delivery may take up to 28 days via Royal Mail first class postage. Album delivery, when requested over collection, is subject to a £10 delivery charge and will be sent Royal Mail recorded delivery. Album orders may take up to 28 days. You can track your item via Royal Mail if required.
All international deliveries will be subject to delivery charges. Print orders at £3.95. Enlargements at £6.95. International delivery will be made via Royal Mail first class postage and may take up to 28 days.
Returns/ Cancellation
If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered please contact the studio within 48 hours detailing the faults. Replacements will be offered where faulty products are delivered. Once a print order is placed you are agreeing to pay and collect your order within 28 days of order completion. You will be notified when your order is complete by email or telephone. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Mark Tattersall Photography will not record or collect any financial information used when making a payment including credit and debit card details.
General Customer Details including names and addresses may be confidentially stored for up to 18 months and used to notify you of changes to the business or to communicate information which may be of interest to you. If you would prefer for your information not to be kept please state this when asked at point of payment. Wedding customers contact information will be securely stored for 3 years to ensure you are informed of any changes to the storage of your pictures.
Your information will not be shared with any third parties.
Any correspondence will be made via email where possible in-line with the 'Eco policy' available on the home page. Correspondence will be made via post where contracts or cd's are requested.
Information collected is digitally stored in one location and password protected available to myself only. Incorrect information can be rectified by amending details on a customer details form available from the studio.
